    General

    Paramount agrees to perform the work specified by the customer in a professional manner using every care to provide a satisfactory service. All fragile and breakable items must be moved or secured by the client. Any items that are specifically required to be moved that are deemed heavy, must be emptied first by the client before we arrive for the works to be carried out.  If it has not been carried out we will clean around the furniture. Heavy items will not be moved if it is considered unsafe due to health and safety reasons.

    Claims

    In case of a complaint Paramount requires to be notified within 24 hours after the completion of the service.  No claims will be accepted after the above time limit. The client accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage or theft must be reported within 24 hours from our service date.  Failure to do so will entitle the client to no claim. 

    Miscellaneous

    This Agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Paramount with respect to this Web site.  The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior communications and proposals, whether oral, written or electronic between you and Paramount with respect to the Web site.  This site may be linked to other sites which are not maintained by Paramount.  Paramount will not be responsible for the content of those sites.  The inclusion of any link to such sites does not imply endorsement by Paramount of the sites.
